About Fiona
I believe that making meaning through creativity is fundamental to a life well lived.
My name is Fiona Eastmond and I believe that arts and crafts offer unique health benefits and can and should be made accessible to all. My experience spans jewellery design, working in the jewellery design industry and working with adults with mental health difficulties.
I co-facilitate and run commissioned workshops that are free at the point of access where possible, and open to all. I am fully public liability insured and DBS checked as required. I have a small team of friends and associates who are equally skilled and experienced whose skills I call upon to co-facilitate with me.
No craft experience is too large or too small for me to contemplate offering - please get in touch and I will help you.

The Story of
Fiona's Craft Space Collective
Once upon a time in Hillingdon Fiona was working as a Senior Peer Support Worker and brought her love for arts and crafts to the community by running a group called Craft Space. Jake was a newly qualified Social worker at the time who joined Fiona in making lavender sleep pads with the adults we worked with.
Craft Space became the continuation of that passion and drive in the Summer of 2023. We wanted to bring easy, cheap and accessible arts and crafts to disadvantaged minorities and isolated communities. We started at Isleworth Quaker's with short craft workshops and were soon commissioned by Hounslow CPP to do local events.
In late 2025 Jake moved to Ipswich to bring his drawings and unique style to the arts scene there. There is a Craft Space and Craft Space Collective already existing in Birmingham, so the name changed to Fiona's Craft Space Collective. Looking forward to 2026 and plenty of fresh projects and bringing joy to more people- watch this space!
Reducing loneliness and bringing the joy of colour and creativity to the greyness of everyday life in today's society continues to be Fiona's aim.
